Pandemic health crisis. Thoughts.

The not so recent outbreak of the coronavirus or covid19 has taken thousands of lives from all parts of the world. It is truly heartbreaking seeing everyone suffers daily, from those who contracted the disease to those people suffering without food to eat.

It is the new normal. Wearing face masks, social distancing, and washing hands! Simple acts if you think about it, to keep an individual from being infected. Everyone is asked to stay at home if need be (buying groceries etc.) then that’s the only time you can go.

Nation leaders alongside the Health sectors play a vital role in this pandemic. Providing the necessary supplies and keeping the virus from spreading some more. Tough job. Salute.

Then we have the doctors, nurses, and other allied medical and non- medical team, who tirelessly work and keeping it together despite the fear of contracting the virus itself. Real-life Heroes!

The only solution is to stop being the host of the virus. Don’t let it enter your system by staying home! That’s it.

An open letter to the one I lost forever.

Two years, it has been two depressing years since cancer took you away from me.

The memories are still fresh and I haven’t found the courage yet to let it all go, both the good and the bad. I still find myself in tears re-reading our old conversations and those happy times we once shared kept on sneaking in from time to time. It seems like every word you said to me was etched in my memory.

There are days I feel okay like I’m not sad anymore but loneliness has its way to remind me of the pain.

I hope you see me now, I think I’m doing good despite it all. Well, what else should I do but to face it and continue living. It has been tough without you but knowing you are no longer in pain, makes things somewhat bearable.

I hope you are happy and at peace wherever you are. I will always love you.

Missing you always my love.

My Baby love..

My best friend, my confidant, my love and now my angel…. After years of battling cancer and struggles due to pain, you are now with our creator. You are not perfect, no one is, but you are a good man. I know for a fact that heaven gained an angel because of you.

We started as friends and slowly became closer as one’s significant other, our love was real. Just a thought that I won’t be able to talk to you anymore breaks my heart in a thousand times. I won’t be seeing a notification saying ” Hi baby, How are you?” Or “I miss you” or “I love you more”..

I hope wherever you are… you are at peace and free from pain..

You will always have a special place in my heart. I love you baby.

Sunsets and Birthday.

Last year I went to this tropical paradise to celebrate my birthday! This year was different, though I’m by the sea, I wasn’t really enjoying the water to swim. What I’m after was, the sunset.

There’s something about them that’s calming. Makes you think about every good things that has happened in your lifetime.

I never had a grandeous celebration and would have been perfect if I get to celebrate it with a significant other but nevertheless I was really happy that day. All praise to God.

Dessert Museum

In the heart of the city lies a not so typical museum you won’t expect to find. Growing up, when you think of museums, immediately, your mind goes “ancient, artifacts, historic and mostly boring”.

However as time goes, people have become more innovative thinkers which gave way to the development of museums with extra touch and twist to make it more interesting for the public to see.

Just recently “Dessert Museum” opened. Located at Unit 124، 126، 127a، S Maison، Coral Way، Conrad Hotel Manila، Mall of Asia Complex، Barangay 76، Pasay، 1300 Metro Manila. As the name implies, expect to be surrounded by donuts, marshmallows, ice cream, cotton candy to name a few. You will be handed edible sweets as you go along aside from taking the advantage to snap an intagrammable photo to share later on. I booked online cos it was a hundred cheaper than walk ins. 📌 Dessert Museum

Let’s catch up. Shall we?

There she goes again with another blog site. Oh well, I’m the type of lass that when there’s something on my mind, I’ve to do it right away cos otherwise it will bother me if I don’t. Hence, this post.

What I’ve been up to.. Earlier this year, El Nido Palawan happened.

I’ve always wanted to go back since my last trip. This time though I was joined by cousins and friends which made the trip extra fun.

I mean, why won’t anyone wouldn’t want to go back to this paradise? Contrary to the popular belief, that the trip will cost you a fortune.. I refuse to agree on this. The best thing to do to avoid spending too much: find cheap flights, find inexpensive hotels (promo) and lastly, the more people you are with the more cash you will save cos then you will share expenses with them.

It doesn’t have to be a luxurious vacation, you just need to live in the moment.

The Journey Begins

Hi. I have blogged before and posted a few. However this is my first time trying WordPress and I am eager to learn more from it. I’ve decided to create this blog not to become famous and all that jazz, I want this to be a place where I can talk about anything under the sun. My comfort zone.

Thanks for joining me!
